Commercial End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement establish the conditions that are permitted to use the font Jabin Typeface. If you download, install and/or use the font, you are agreeing to this terms and conditions. “You” meaning a person, companies or entity (this includes people on behalf of employer or clients). You may provide the font to a graphic designer, printer, or other service bureau that works on your behalf only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the End User License Agreement, and retain no copies of the font files after they complete the work. You can’t provide the font to any other parties. You can import characters of the font as graphical objects into a drawing program and modify such graphical objects. You may not modify, adapt, translate, decompile, encrypt, redigitalise or crate derivate works based on this font and neither distribute any of this versions. You may not embed the font into software or hardware products in which the fonts will be used by the purchasers of the products. If you need this service please contact me. You may embed the licensed fonts for use on a website or an e-book using the format of your choice. You can’t redistribute this file, and you can’t take credit of the creation or design of this font.
